The internal dashboard served a wide range of users—but an outdated interface made routine tasks difficult. The result is a streamlined experience that meets users where they are—intuitive enough for the occasional visitor and efficient enough for daily use. I drove the product design end-to-end, from early wireframes to developer handoff.
The engagement didn't stop there. I also designed the backend blog experience for church treasurers—a focused, functional space to manage posts, moderate comments, and organize content by tag.
